It did not take me 90 days to get before p90x and Insanity in awful condition, but I know I have a great head start on a healthy lifestyle for my family and me.

There are lots of people that have transformed their lives working out at home. The motivation comes from having fun and variety will do that. Of course there will probably be times when you don"t feel like working out. Push play anyway and you just have to remove explanations.
