We always learn over and over that you have to eat less and exercise to be able to shed weight, but it is much easier said than done. Binging. We all love a good bucket of chicken, jumbo bag of potato chips, or bath of ice-cream. After that, it wasn"t merely white specks, but small food particles, so I UNDERSTAND I"m having trouble digesting the food I "m eating.
